FleetStart™ - The FuelTrax™ Evaluation Program
Evaluate FuelTrax™ with a Small Scale, Rapid Deployment
FleetStart™ is a structured evaluation program designed to enable customers to extract the greatest value from their initial investment in the FuelTrax suite. The program consists of the following elements:
- Preliminary interviews with key personnel to determine the primary objectives for the evaluation and its KPIs
- Selection of representative vessels for the evaluation
- Provision and turn-key installation of one or more FuelTrax units on designated vessels
- Training for the Captains and crews on FuelTrax
- Access to FuelNet for sixty (60) days to monitor the performance of the FuelTrax units under evaluation
- Training for designated executives and office personnel on FuelNet
- Survey of similar vessels within the fleet to develop a comprehensive cost/benefit analysis
Upon completion of FleetStart, the customer knows with reasonable accuracy the impact of FuelTrax on operations and the total cost to extend FuelTrax across the fleet. This structured program also establishes a schedule for a fleet-wide, systematic implementation that reduces cost while accelerating the capture of value.
