Historically, there have been only two ways of accounting for fuel – monitoring tanks or monitoring engine burn. FuelTrax™ brings an entirely new approach to fuel accountability with two independent measures of fuel.
Fuel is accounted for daily across the entire fleet, down to specific fuel tanks. Combining tank and flow monitoring with engine analysis, patented algorithms perform an accurate balance of fuel consumption, enabling true fuel accountability. Any discrepancies in fuel balances are recorded and alerts are issued. Each alert is stamped with the amount, time and lat/lon of the discrepancy.
Use the FuelNet™ web portal to see the running history of all fuel events, improving billing accuracy and customer service. Integrating timely fuel inventory with financial systems also optimizes fleet-wide fuel purchases. FuelTrax monitors and records:
