FleetComplete™ - The FuelTrax™ Comprehensive Support Program
Maximize ROI with Extended Maintenance and Support
Nautical Control Solutions is committed to supporting our customers' fuel savings initiatives and helping them to obtain the greatest value from their investment in the FuelTrax Suite of products. In order to maximize the return on investment that FuelTrax provides to your marine operations, Nautical Control Solutions offers a comprehensive Extended Maintenance and Support (EMS) program - FleetComplete.
Starting from the date of commissioning of the FuelTrax hardware on the vessel, six months of hardware warranty are provided for. Separately, a subscription-based EMS program is available that spans two years from the commissioning date of the FuelTrax unit on the vessel. EMS can then be renewed at the end of this initial term for one or multiple years.
All hardware and wiring is high-quality, marine grade for greatest reliability and continuous operation of the FuelTrax system in a wash-down environment.

FleetComplete ensures that FuelTrax is available to be used most effectively by vessel operators and includes the following services:
- Dedicated telephone support and access to FAQ area of technical and operational data
- Remote monitoring & diagnostics
- Remote system modifications and reset
- Technical and maintenance support by certified marine contractors & engineers
